The building at 790 Riverside Drive—the Riviera—was constructed over a two-year period, from 1909 to 1911. As the building enters its second century, some of the residents, who are lucky enough to call this building their home in 2010, would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the hundreds, maybe even thousands, of individuals and families of greater and lesser renown who have lived within the many walls of this grand building over the last century.
